You want to get fit but you hate the gym.
An hour of Muay Thai works everything — legs, core, shoulders, lungs — and you'll be too busy learning to notice. It's the workout that doesn't feel like one.
Muay Thai · Monday & Wednesday 7:00pm · Saturday 8:00am (mixed)
Muay Thai for people who want to get properly fit and learn a real skill — not to fight. Classes are small, so you get coached on every round, at your level, alongside people who'll know your name.
Why people start Muay Thai
An hour of Muay Thai works everything — legs, core, shoulders, lungs — and you'll be too busy learning to notice. It's the workout that doesn't feel like one.
In a small group the coach sees every kick. You get fixed, you get better, and you can feel it week to week.
Real technique — how to stand, move, strike and defend — drilled until it's automatic. Calm confidence, not aggression.
What you'll learn
A typical class
No sparring in classes. Small groups, everyone booked in, so the coach plans the session around who's coming.
